Yes, an application may be appealed to the Department of Environmental Protection and Superior Court.

Yes.

Yes.

How do I know if I have to file an application with the Conservation Commission?
We recommend that you should consult with the Conservation Commission office and project engineer before beginning any projects that may fall within a buffer zone, or wetland.
