Social Work/Mental Health Resources

The Town of Cohasset would like to continue to make citizens aware of two social workers, Stephanie Saunders (pictured on the left) and Patricia Faletra. Stephanie works in the Public Health Department and Patricia works with Elder Affairs. Both can offer assistance with Short-term counseling relating to a variety of mental health and psychosocial needs: grief and bereavement, life transitions, domestic violence, substance use, hoarding/clutter, assistance with resources like housing, heat and energy assistance, veteran’s support and much more.

Residents 60 years of age and older can call Cohasset Elder Affairs Outreach for assistance at 781-383-9112 and those who are under 60 years of age can call Stephanie.
